6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your Service Agreement. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date
  • We will provide handover documentation and access credentials
  • Ongoing subscriptions or ad spend obligations remain your responsibility

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lugaso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lugaso and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
